According to Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, the chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the party is leading in more than 150 National Assembly (NA) seats.
Barrister Gohar stated in a video message posted on X (formerly Twitter) that the PTI will form governments in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and at the center following today's "landslide" victory.

In addition to expressing gratitude to Pakistanis for voting in large numbers, the PTI chairman raised concern about the slow release of election results, pointing out that by the Election Act, results need to be made public by two in the morning.
It is important to note that PTI candidates are running for office on their own because the party lost its famous symbol, the bat, due to "unconstitutional" intra-party elections. Earlier, the Election Commission of Pakistan declared the unofficial winners of two seats in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial assembly.
According to results from 37.62 percent of polling places, independent candidate Samiullah Khan won PK-76 with 18,888 votes, while independent candidate Fazal Hakeem Khan received 25,330 votes in PK-6. Both candidates are supported by the PTI.
